PATIENTS WILL NEED TO ORDER ONLINE OR COME INTO THE SURGERY AND ORDER AT RECEPTION OR LEAVE THE TICKED WHITE SIDE OF THEIR PRESCRIPTION IN OUR RED REPEAT PRESCRIPTION REQUEST BOX LOCATED IN THE WAITING ROOM BY THE MAIN ENTRANCE. IF YOU ARE HAVING DIFFICULTLY ACCESSING YOUR ONLINE RECORD THEN PLEASE CONTACT OUR RECEPTION TEAM AND THEY WILL HELP YOU RESET YOUR PASSWORD Also Pharmacies and suppliers of medical appliances will not be able to order medicines on your behalf from 1st April 2017. Prescription requests may also be mailed to the surgery but please enclose a stamped self addressed envelope if you want the prescription returned or nominate a pharmacy for the prescription to be sent electronically. Please allow two working days for the request to be processed so it’s ready for collection. You can make arrangements with a Pharmacy to collect the prescription upon your behalf. We do not accept repeat prescription requests from Pharmacists at the present time.
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
